Abstract : The cervical hydatid cyst is a rarely disease; the literature notes a frequently between 0,2-2% from all the hydatid cases, according to different authors. We present the case of a young girl with cervical hydatid cyst who was initially diagnosticated with nodulocystic craw. Intraoperatively we discovered a cervical hydatid cyst. After the first operation a CT-scan was performed and revealed the presence of pulmonary and liver hydatidosis. The pulmonary hydatid cyst was surgically solved after 10 days from the first intervention. The hepatic hydatid cyst has about 4 cm and we recommended a medical treatment (Albendazole). The particularities of this case are: young age of the patient, multiple localizations of the hydatid disease, the difficulties of the positive diagnosis.,
