Abstract : Incidence of the gallbladder carcinoma discovered on a resection laparoscopic specimen is 0.3 - 1,5%. These cases represent 12 - 50% from all the gallblader carcinoma. The survival rate depends of the disease stage: 60 - 90% in first stage to 5% in the fourth stage. The wide resections (segmentectomy and pancreaticoduodenectomy) are indicated in the first two stages by Japanese authors with a very high survival rate. Our opinion is to be performed a bisegementectomy associated with limphadenectomy and cystic resection in a few days after laparoscopic cholecystectomy when a gallbladder carcinoma is discovered on the resection specimen. When a preoperative or intraoperative gallbladder cancer suspicion exists, a frost pathological exam and eventually a wide resection are recommended. ,
